About Lidia:
Our matriarch took her first step into this country on November, 2, 1968. She brought with her a wealth of knowledge and a deep history and understanding of authentic Italian cuisine from her native Avellino just outside Naples, Italy. Lidia arrived in Boston, MA directly from the French Riviera where she had been overseeing a crew in a well-established, 5-star fine dining restaurant. Lidia has spent decades perfecting her craft with an extreme attention to detail and great respect for her ingredients. Lidia joined our team over 7 years ago and has been the keystone to our entire operation. Her recipes and expertise have elevated our food program to a level that has garnered the respect of her entire team, other local chefs and restaurants. They say you can taste the love in well prepared food and we can attest to the passion and dedication she puts into every dish we serve. We owe our success to her loyalty and direction.
